How it feels

You lie on your side and slide it between your legs. The foam gives a little under the weight of your top leg and holds its shape, so your knees stay apart and your legs stay level with each other. With the strap style, fasten the strap above the knee and the pillow comes with you when you turn over, instead of ending up at the foot of the bed.

Care

Unzip the cover to take it off. We recommend washing it gently by hand and letting it dry fully before you put it back on. The foam inside isn't washable: if it needs freshening up, spot-clean it with a damp cloth and let it air. Like most new memory foam, it can have a light smell straight out of the box; leave it somewhere airy for a day or two and it fades.
