The Vertovia Lumbar Support Pillow sits in that gap. Memory foam moulds to you with body heat and returns to shape when you stand up, rather than staying pressed flat the way a folded jumper does. It is moulded in one piece rather than stitched from panels, so there is no seam to give way under long pressure.
What it is not. It is a pillow, not a treatment. It changes how a chair fits you, and that is all it claims to do.
