When you're charged

Payment is taken in full at checkout, before your order is processed.

Billing statement

Charges from your order will appear on your bank or card statement as "SP Vertovia". If you don't recognise this on your statement, it's us — please get in touch before disputing the charge with your bank.

Order cancellations

If your order is cancelled before it has shipped — by you or by us — any payment already taken will be refunded in full. See our Refund Policy for cancellation timeframes and processing times.

Security

All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Your card details are encrypted and are never stored on our servers.
